Creating an account in our portal is quick and easy, granting you access to all our transcription services and features. Follow the steps below to set up your account and start streamlining your transcription projects.
Step 1: Register
Begin by visiting our portal and locating the registration page. Clicking this will take you to the account creation form.
Step 2: Enter your email address and accept the Terms of Service
On the registration form, you'll be prompted to enter your email address. Make sure to use a valid email address that you have access to, as we'll send an activation link to this address. Below the email field, you'll find our Terms of Service. Please read through the ToS carefully. If you agree with the terms, check the box indicating your acceptance.
Step 3: Activate your account
We'll send an account activation link to your email. Open your inbox, find the email from us, and click on the activation link provided. This step verifies your email address and activates your account.
Note: The activation link expires in 24 hours. If it expires, we will need to send a new invitation.
Step 4: Set your password and details
Once you've clicked the activation link, you'll be directed back to our portal to finalize your account setup. Here, you'll create a secure password for your account. Choose a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance security. After setting your password, you'll be asked to fill in your contact details, such as your name, address, and phone number. Providing accurate information ensures we can assist you effectively if needed.
You're All Set!
Congratulations, your account is now set up. You can start exploring our portal, creating estimates, submitting transcription jobs, and managing your projects.
Optional: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Recommended)
For an optional extra layer of security, we highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) after registering your account. 2FA adds an additional step to the login process, requiring a verification code from your mobile device or authentication app.
To enable 2FA, navigate to your account settings and follow the instructions provided. This step helps protect your account even if your password is compromised.
