Submitting a transcription job through our web app is a straightforward process designed to get your project started quickly and efficiently. This guide will walk you through each step, ensuring you provide all the necessary details for an accurate and timely transcription.
Step 1: Navigate to the My Jobs Section
- Log In to your account.
- Click on the "My Jobs" tab located in the main navigation menu.
- Select the "Create Job" button to begin a new transcription request.
Step 2: Select Your Desired Turnaround Time
Choose the delivery speed that best suits your needs. Keep in mind that the faster you need the transcription, the more the price per page increases.
Step 3: Add Supporting Job Details
Provide detailed information about your transcription job to help our team deliver an accurate transcript.
Job Information Fields

Court. The court where your initial proceeding took place.

Case Name. The official name of your case.

Case Number. The identifying number assigned to your case.

Appeal Case Name (if applicable). The name of your case for any appeals.

Appeal Case Number (if applicable). The appeal case number for your case.

Judge. The judge who presided over your case. If no judge was involved, use "N/A."

Date of Proceeding. The date your case was heard in court.

Participants. A list of all individuals present in the media you are submitting for transcription.

Notes. Provide any comments, questions, or additional details to ensure an accurate transcript.
Attachments and Media

Upload Attachments. Attach documents like notices of deposition or other supporting materials.

Upload Media. Attach the relevant audio or video files for transcription

Physical Media (if applicable). Select this if you’re delivering or mailing physical media to our office.

Media Duration (if applicable). If uploading unreadable formats (e.g., .wma, .zip), please input the the total media length manually for accurate pricing.

Transcript Delivery Methods. Choose how you'd like to receive your transcript: digital copy, physical copy, or both.
Final Step: Review and Submit Your Job
- Review Estimated Price and Due Date
- Before finalizing, you'll see an estimated price based on your selections and an estimated due date.
- Confirm Details
- Ensure all the information you've provided is accurate.
- Create Job
- If everything looks good, click the "Create Job" button to submit your request.
