File Upload Limits
- Maximum Number of Files: You can upload up to 5 media files per transcription job.
- Maximum File Size per File: Each file can be up to 2GB in size.
These limits are set to ensure optimal performance and a smooth uploading experience for all users.
How to Upload Large Files
Step 1: Start a New Transcription Job
- Log In to your account.
- Navigate to the "My Jobs" section.
- Click on the "Create Job" button.
Step 2: Select Turnaround Time
- Choose your desired turnaround time. Remember, faster delivery times may increase the price per page.
Step 3: Add Job Details
- Fill in Supporting Details: Provide information such as court, case name, case number, date of proceeding, participants, and any notes.
- Tooltips Available: Hover over the information fields to see descriptions and definitions.
Step 4: Upload Media Files
- Upload Media: In the "Upload Media" section, click on "Add Files".
- Select Files: Choose up to 5 media files from your device. Ensure each file does not exceed 2GB.
Step 5: Review and Submit
- Estimated Price and Due Date: Review the estimated cost and delivery date based on your selections.
- Create Job: If everything looks correct, click on "Create Job" to initialize your transcription request. A confirmation modal will display cost and due by estimates, click "Confirm" to submit your job.
- Monitor Creation Progress: A progress modal will display and show the status of each step as well as the upload status.
Step 6: Confirmation
- After submission, you'll receive a confirmation email, and our team will begin processing your job.

Physical Media Submission
If you're unable to upload large files due to internet limitations:
- Select "Physical Media" Option: When creating your job, choose the "Physical Media" option.
- Delivery Methods: You can deliver or mail your media (e.g., USB drive, DVD) to our office.
- Provide Details: Include any relevant information about the shipment in the "Notes" section.
