Accessing your completed transcriptions is simple and can be done directly through your account. This guide will walk you through the steps to locate and download your completed transcripts, as well as view the associated invoices.
Step 1: Navigate to the My Jobs Section
- Log In to your account on our transcription web app.
- Click on the "My Jobs" tab located in the main navigation menu.
Step 2: View the Last 30 Closed Jobs
- In the My Jobs section, you'll see options to filter your jobs.
- Navigate to the "Last 30 Closed Jobs" section which displays the last 30 transcription jobs that have been completed.
Step 3: Download Your Transcript
- Browse through the list to find the specific job you want to access.
- Click on the "Download Transcript" button next to the job entry.
- The transcript will download to your device in a PDF format.
Step 4: View the Job's Invoice (Optional)
- Next to the "Download Transcript" button, you can also find the "View Invoice" option.
- Click on "View Invoice" to open the detailed invoice for that particular job.
- You can download or print the invoice for your records.

Transcript Delivery Methods: If you requested a physical copy of the transcript, it has been mailed to the address you provided. You can view the tracking number (if applicable) in the job details.

File Formats: Ensure you have the appropriate software to open the transcript file (e.g., Adobe Reader for PDFs, Microsoft Word for .docx files).
Troubleshooting

Cannot Find the Job: If you're unable to locate your job in the Last 30 Closed Jobs:
- Try expanding the date range or removing filters.
- Use the search bar to input keywords related to your job.

- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure your browser allows downloads and doesn't block pop-ups from our site.
